Senior Research & Operations Technician role responsible for managing research laboratories, providing line management, and overseeing core technical activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life sciences, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or cell and gene therapy related scientific field
- 10+ years of experience in laboratory operations, preferably within biotech or pharma research settings
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Demonstrable experience of project and laboratory space management
- Good understanding of laboratory management issues and Health & Safety issues relevant to the laboratory
