Job Description
Senior Manager, Human Resources responsible for supporting managers in all aspects related to human resources, including HR policies and programs, labor law, and talent acquisition. The role requires a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in senior HR positions and a strong understanding of labor law, including unionized and non-unionized environments.
Requirements
- Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
- Studies in human resources management or related training
- In-depth knowledge of HR issues in a regulated or complex organization
- Excellent mastery of French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English
