Senior Logistics Operator

Role Overview

The Senior Logistics Operator is responsible for performing all activities in the logistics process, including receiving, inspecting, and weighing materials, as well as delivering them to the production department. They are the first point of contact for any issues and contribute to the optimal maintenance of equipment and logistics planning.

What You Will Do

Receiving and storing incoming goods/products in the warehouse, inspecting products and transportation information, taking samples, resolving issues, ensuring timely delivery of weighing charges, preparing and transporting hazardous materials, managing inventory, and performing qualification and validation test plans.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or production, knowledge of GDP, GMP, EHS, and Lean and continuous improvement. They must have excellent customer focus, a good command of the Dutch language, and be able to operate and maneuver forklifts or other transportation aids.

Requirements

• Completed MBO education
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or production
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, EHS
• Operating and maneuvering forklifts or other transportation aids
• Excellent customer focus
• Good command of the Dutch language
