Job Description
The Associate Director Marketing (Women Health) role involves creating strategies to address market opportunities, developing marketing plans, and leading multifunctional teams to maximize brand results. The role requires experience in leading teams, product/brand management, and sales functions, as well as proficiency in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, influential leadership skills, and ability to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- More than 10 years of experience leading teams or functions within the Marketing area
- At least 3 years of experience as Product/Brand Manager or equivalent within the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related functions
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
- Advanced use of market analysis tools (IQVIA, Close Up, OneKey)
