Ornua is seeking a Director of FP&A & Commercial Finance to lead financial planning, performance management, and commercial finance activities for Ornua Foods Americas. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles and will be able to provide strategic financial leadership, forward-looking insights, and commercial decision support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Category Finance, or related roles
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management
- Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing pricing, portfolio, and investment decisions
- Experience supporting innovation, new product launches, or channel expansion strategies
- Proven people management experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Desired Qualifications: MBA and/or CPA, Experience within CPG, food & beverage, or multi-channel consumer businesses, Experience operating in a global, matrixed, or cooperative organization
