Job Description
Jewish Union Foundation is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and vocational training to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a day program setting. DSPs will work one-on-one and lead group sessions, ensuring accurate paperwork and supporting goal achievement.
Requirements
- Working one-on-one with individuals as well as leading group sessions
- Job Coaching at training and various work sites
- Monitoring individualsā goals and progress
- Providing social skills training
- Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Transportation to/from program and various job sites
- Supporting individuals with varying capabilities and behaviors
