NCSY, a program of the Orthodox Union, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead the organization's national recruiting pipeline, identifying and securing educators and leaders for the next generation of Jewish teens.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven success in proactively sourcing and closing candidates in competitive hiring environments
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent searches
- Willingness to travel frequently for recruiting purposes
- Familiarity with mission-driven or nonprofit organizations preferred
