Job Description
Osborne Association serves individuals and families affected by the criminal justice system through programs focusing on healing, restoration, and safety. They are seeking a part-time Recreational Specialist to design and provide recreational programming for a growing Fulton Community reentry program. This role involves activities like arts, sports, and community outings, aiming to support a successful reentry process through meaningful and fun experiences.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience developing recreational/arts programs
- Experience engaging vulnerable populations in leisure time
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Familiarity with recreational programming
- Basic knowledge of recreational sports
- Comfort with crisis intervention
