Talent Acquisition Advisor

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us attract exceptional talent across technical and corporate teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team to identify, engage, and deliver top candidates while helping create an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, ideally within technical, engineering, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms/tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and confidently.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Dayforce experience is considered an asset).
• Understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring processes, and employment practices.
• A proactive mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a passion for finding great talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally connected environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
