Fiber Field Supervisor

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on OSP Supervisor to lead our drill crew and keep daily field operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, leadership experience, and real growth in the fiber-optic construction industry.

What You Will Do

Supervise daily work of in-house and subcontracted crews, plan and schedule activities, inspect sites for compliance, maintain progress logs, and provide updates between crews and project managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s in construction management or telecommunications preferred
• 3–5+ years in OSP construction/utility/telecom operations; 1–2 years supervisory experience
• OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, NCTI or FOA Fiber Optic Certification
• Experience with Fiber/copper installation methods, Reading OSP prints, schematics, and as-builts, Underground/aerial construction, Project tracking and reporting software techniques
• Ability to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
