HR Business Partner for Portfolio Brands Fior & Gentz in Luneburg, Germany and Streifeneder ortho.production in Emmering, Germany. Part of the global People team, responsible for shaping workplace culture, partnering with leadership, and ensuring HR practices support business objectives.
Act as trusted partner to management, coach, advise, and support on talent pipeline and performance management, employee relations, and organizational change. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law or related field. Minimum 7 years of successful HR business partnering experience in an international/matrix environment setting.
