Job description
Temporary 3-month assignment as IT Support Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure a smooth user experience. Work closely with local users and global IT teams to support business continuity and operational excellence.
Provide end-user support, system installations, troubleshooting, and maintain efficient IT processes. Install, configure, and test hardware and software systems, train new system user groups, and maintain technical documentation.
Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a service-minded attitude with strong communication skills.
