Otis & Sigma is seeking Senior Associate, Field Services to lead field service teams and deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance services. This role is ideal for experienced service professionals who enjoy team leadership, customer interaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
- Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage.
- Thai language proficiency is required.
