We are seeking a Customer Service Agent (Bi-lingual French & English) to join our hybrid team in Paris, France. As a customer service agent, you will provide best-in-class care and support to our members via video, phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, have 1-2 years of experience in customer support or security, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office and other web-based platforms.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, security, or a similar client-facing role
- Higher education
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and other web-based platforms
- Strong communication skills, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
- High energy, professional, and process-driven
- Ability to identify and respond to auditory cues at varying volumes
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods and focus on screen-based work
- Ability to read and respond to visual computer data, including different colors and refresh rates
