Bond is seeking a Customer Service & Personal Security Agent to support members throughout their experience and assist with potential safety situations. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly professional and innovative security team.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service, security, or another role requiring interaction with customers
- Effective communication, including the ability to listen and communicate clearly. High computer skills
- High energy, high attention to details, process oriented, and professional
- Ability to pick up on auditory cues with varying rates of volume intensity
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time
- Ability to accurately read and quickly respond to computer-generated data and readouts with variations in color and refresh rate
- Work in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends
