Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in both French and English
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licensed
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, security, or a similar client-facing role
- Currently enrolled in or have completed higher education
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and other web-based platforms
- Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
- High energy, professional, and process-driven
- Can identify and respond to auditory cues at varying volumes
- Can remain seated for extended periods and focus on screen-based work
- Can read and respond to visual computer data, including different colors and refresh rates
- Able to successfully complete a background check and reference process
- Hold a current, valid, and clean driver's license
