As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary customer service experience to guests at our Outdoorsy Bayfield park. You will be the first point of contact for guests and vendors, managing incoming inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring brand standards of excellence. This role requires an upbeat and empathetic person with a love for the outdoors.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency in navigating various hardware platforms, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Adaptability to remain calm and effective in an agile, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to pivot between tasks quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Professionalism when interacting with guests, vendors, and associates.
- Flexible Scheduling to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Physical Stamina to remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per day and lift between 15–25 lbs.
