Outreach is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Forecasting & Deal Management product area from our Hyderabad hub. This is a high-impact, player-coach role: you will set product vision, drive execution excellence with product, engineering and design, develop a world-class local PM team, and engage directly with customers and sales to shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- At least 3 years in a senior or director-level PM role
- Deep understanding of sales technology, CRM, revenue operations, or adjacent domains
- Proven track record leading complex product areas end-to-end, from vision and strategy through execution and iteration, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong executive-level presence and communication, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional storytelling skills: you can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling product narratives for customers, partners, and internal audiences alike
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow PM teams at varying levels of seniority, with a genuine passion for people development
