Senior Manager, Corporate Operations

Outreach is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Operations to lead the technical strategy for their internal corporate ecosystem. The role involves overseeing the annual technical roadmap, collaborating with security and other teams, and managing relationships with SaaS vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Engineering, leadership, and managing cloud-native environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Engineering
• 3+ years in a formal leadership/management role
• Expert-level experience managing Okta as an IdP and knowledge of administering Google Workspace and Microsoft O365
• Deep knowledge of MDM systems and modern networking/physical security stacks
