We are looking for a top-performing sales hunter to join our elite CX Advisory Group. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in contact center SaaS sales, a proven track record of selling to C-suite executives, and a deep understanding of the technology and labor sides of the contact center.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of total outside enterprise software sales experience in the contact center space.
- 3-5 recent years (minimum) as a top-performing sales hunter for a major contact center SaaS or leading AI contact center technology company.
- Proven BPO sales experience, demonstrating a dual understanding of both the technology and labor sides of the contact center.
- 5+ years of experience managing a complex, C-level sales pipeline in a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot or Zoho preferred).
