Job Description
Outsource Consultants is seeking a VP, Private Equity Value Creation to join their team in a sales role. The role focuses on driving results through relationships within the Customer Experience (CX) labor and tech space, aligning PortCo stakeholders, refining PE strategy, and managing complex sales cycles with $2.5M in revenue. The position is based remotely and is fully exempt.
Requirements
- Established relationships with value creation teams at buy-out private equity firms.
- Proven success selling through PE firms into their portfolio companies.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and tailor messaging.
- Background in BPO or Customer Experience (CX) services.
