Senior AI Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will be a technical leader for the design, development, and deployment of the components, packages, and applications within the Solutions Team. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that accelerate success for our customers.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and evolve Solutions components, packages, and applications that deliver customer value and quality. Develop and test code in short cycles with a high degree of automation. Deliver features end-to-end: from architecture and technical design to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years experience building production-grade AI Agents and complex intelligent systems within the enterprise
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning, and grounding techniques
• Practical experience using major AI Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar)
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles
• Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices (e.g., authorization, data masking) and enforce Responsible AI governance and guardrails in production systems
• Ability to articulate complex technical designs and risks to stakeholders and non-technical partners
• Able to work independently and manage your own priorities within a collaborative team environment
