
Job description
The Manager, Video & Programmatic Media is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-level growth across Video, Audio, and Display channels. This role partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams to build integrated, full-funnel media strategies grounded in Ovative’s Enterprise Marketing Return (EMR) framework.
Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across Linear TV, CTV, OLV, YouTube, Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Display, and Native. Define clear business objectives, channel KPIs, audience strategies, and testing roadmaps aligned to enterprise impact.
5+ years of experience in Video, Audio, or Programmatic media. Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across digital video (YouTube, CTV, OLV, Display). 1+ year of people management experience. Great communication and extensive client management experience (internal or external).
