Construction Contracts Manager

Owen Electric Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Contracts Manager to support our growing operations across multiple divisions, including commercial, industrial, and data center construction projects.

Requirements

• Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
• Ensure all contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements, and project specifications
• Track and manage contract lifecycle from execution through closeout
• Support project teams with contract interpretation and compliance requirements
• Manage and track change orders, amendments, and contract modifications
• Maintain organized contract documentation within company systems
• Coordinate with legal counsel, project managers, and leadership on contract-related issues
• Monitor insurance requirements, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
• Assist with risk identification and mitigation strategies on active projects
• Ensure timely execution of contracts to support project schedules
