Senior Construction Accountant / Project Specialist

We are searching for an experienced Senior Construction Accountant / Project Specialist to join our team. The role requires a thorough understanding of construction accounting, project management, and financial reporting, as well as a strong knowledge of project accounting principles and cost accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of accounting experience in project-based, construction environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of GL, CM, AP, AR, JC, general Construction Accounting, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of project accounting principles and cost accounting
• Experience with construction accounting or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting
• Prior experience in a project-driven industry
