Job description
The Quality Engineering Leader is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling quality engineering capabilities across Owens Corning’s digital product landscape. This role operates within an embedded quality assurance (QA) delivery model that is firmly supported by centralized standards and best practices, guaranteeing quality is integrated into every phase of product development.
Leading multi-discipline quality teams, including manual QA, automation, and SDET/Test Engineering, the leader fosters a collaborative and high-performing environment. These teams work in close partnership with Engineering, Product, and DevOps leaders to deliver predictable, high-confidence outcomes that meet both technical and business requirements.
This role involves developing strong partnerships throughout the organization, including Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business teams, to ensure quality outcomes are aligned with enterprise objectives. By staying ahead of industry trends and integrating outside-in market insights, the leader contributes to the continuous improvement of enterprise quality capability, positioning Owens Corning as a leader in digital excellence.
