Lead, Production Line

Role Overview

The line lead is responsible for achieving and sustaining safety, performance, and quality expectations for their designated manufacturing area. This includes directing, coaching, and training employees.

What You Will Do

Supplies materials to machines, coordinates production, conducts first piece inspections, operates forklifts, and follows safety and quality procedures.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to work in a team environment, adapt quickly to change, and have good hand/eye coordination. Physical demands include standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to work in a team environment
