Job description
The Maintenance Manager provides technical and business leadership in product manufacturing and ensures that all plant areas and equipment are maintained and operated in an efficient, safe, and reliable manner.
Lead safety and security, reliability operations, PM pillar, employee relations, talent development, and lead across the plant.
Requires flexibility to travel 10-20% of the time, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to drive results and improve efficiency.
