Job description
The Technical Leader (Plant Engineering Leader) is responsible for providing all aspects of technical leadership to the Plant. The position reports to the Plant Leader and is a member of the plant leadership team.
Lead for An Injury-Free Environment, Technical Excellence and Process Optimization, Lead Across the Plant, Leading and Developing Talent, Knowing Our Customer
Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline, 5 years progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment, fiberglass process experience preferred, 2 years experience leading people, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing experience
