Our Branch Coordinators are often the first and most consistent point of contact for patients and their caregivers, helping coordinate timely equipment delivery, navigating insurance coverage, and ensuring each patient feels supported every step of the way.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Willingness to learn

• Strong customer service and bedside manner
• Intermediate computer skills

• Effective communication in person, on the phone, and electronically
