Branch Coordinator

As a Branch Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering personalized, long-term care for patients. You'll be the first and most consistent point of contact for patients and their caregivers, helping to coordinate timely equipment delivery, navigating insurance coverage, and ensuring each patient feels supported every step of the way.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one-year of related work experience
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• At least two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system
