Job description
As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll provide essential respiratory care, equipment setup, patient education, and ongoing clinical support. You'll play a key role in ensuring safe transitions from hospital to home. You will report directly to the Branch Manager, and work closely with a collaborative team including Coordinators, RTs, Techs, and clinical leaders.
Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow-ups, educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance, and respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs.
This role offers a mix of time in the branch and time in the field, giving you the chance to develop both patient-facing clinical skills and strong workflow independence. You'll also join a close-knit branch team that works together every day to make sure patients receive the highest quality care.
