Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company seeking a Senior Operations Manager to coordinate and lead all Distribution Center operations activities.

Requirements

• Directs all operations within a large Distribution Center
• Provides initiative-taking feedback to Operations Managers and Supervisors
• Responsible and accountable for achieving agreed upon financial goals
• Leads the achievement of DC or functional Key Performance Indicators
• Oversees all customer service for the DC or functions
• Enforces DC adherence to company developed SOP's / WI's for warehouse management and transportation
• Ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements
