Owlet is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Healthcare to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our healthcare-facing product portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on healthcare technology, digital health, or connected medical devices
- Strong experience working with HIT, as it pertains to RPM platforms, EMR/EHR integrations, and clinical workflows
- Proven success in defining and shipping products in regulated environments, ideally with Class II medical devices or mobile medical apps
- Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution
- Data-driven, with a passion for using insights to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and/or middleware solutions like Rhapsody or Redox for healthcare data exchange
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare systems including Payer/Provider relationships, Insurance/Authorization process, healthcare coding and how they pertain to solution acceptance and payment models
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, patient data privacy, and cybersecurity principles
- Deep empathy for both parent and provider experiences in the pediatric care continuum
