Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance
- Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD)
- Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies
- Highly self-organized and disciplined
- Ability to maintain a high work tempo
