Role Overview

What You Will Do

Build modern micro services on a cloud platform in Java. Work closely with the Solution Architect to design solutions, ensuring standard approaches are taken and new applications fit into the existing web platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4 years in any job title involving Java development experience
• 4 years of web application design and development
• 4 years working with high performance applications using multi-threading and pooling
• 4 years developing automated tests using mock frameworks, virtual services, performance testing and pipeline tools
• 4 years working with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and RESTful APIs
• 2 years working with Docker
• 2 years developing microservices in a cloud architecture
