Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist II to support its mission to provide better health, better care, and better cost to the people and communities it serves. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Registered Pharmacist, valid state license, and a minimum of 4 years of managed-care pharmacist work experience. The role involves coordinating pharmaceutical services, providing subject matter expertise, and leading continuous process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Registered Pharmacist
- Valid state license without restriction
- Minimum of 4 years of managed-care pharmacist work experience
- Post-graduate training (examples include Residency, Fellowship, MBA, BCPS) is preferred
- Additional certifications may be needed such state specific credentials
