Electrician - Journeyman

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking an Electrician - Journeyman to join their team. The Electrician will inspect, construct, install, alter, repair, store, lubricate, and maintain all electrical equipment pertaining to production, buildings, and power transmissions. The Electrician will work from blueprints, sketches, samples, and written or verbal instructions to disassemble, assemble, install, adjust, or repair machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• Journeyman certification
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years electrician experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work from blueprints, sketches, samples, and written or verbal instructions
• Ability to disassemble, assemble, install, adjust, or repair machinery and equipment
• Ability to recognize and correct/report unusual or unsafe conditions
• Ability to keep work area, equipment and department clean, safe and orderly
