
Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled Resident Service Engineer to work on-site at one of our Key Customers locations to install, maintain and support Packsize equipment, manage our parts and inventory unit within the warehouse, and build and maintain customer relationships.
Scheduling tasks, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing 5-Star customer service by proactively visiting or calling the customer to ensure they are fully satisfied with the Packsize equipment, process flow, packaging designs, and service.
This individual must understand the needs of the customer, work proactively and efficiently to meet those needs, and provides 5-Star customer service by proactively visiting or calling the customer to ensure they are fully satisfied with the Packsize equipment, process flow, packaging designs, and service.
