Corporate Counsel

Palantir is seeking a Corporate Counsel to advise on complex equity and corporate/securities issues, manage public company filings, and assist with corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a corporate or securities attorney and knowledge of public company reporting requirements, corporate governance, and board matters.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership
• 4+ years' experience as a corporate or securities attorney
• Knowledge of public company reporting requirements, corporate governance and board matters, and securities and strategic transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
