Maintains the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office, oversees resort staffing strategies, and provides exceptional service to internal guests. Performs various HR tasks, including recruiting administration, onboarding, and data entry. Provides information about employment opportunities, employee policies, and business operations. Assists HR Front Office team and supports HR employee events as assigned.

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet Explorer
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in HR or Recruitment
- Experience in the ski resort industry
