Principal Engineer Software - Developer Experience, Backend

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced engineers with a strong product sense who asks 'why' as often as 'how'. You'll use systems thinking to design workflows that surface key business insights. This role is perfect for someone who wants to own the technical roadmap and ship features that redefine how teams collaborate during mission-critical moments.

What You Will Do

Directly impact how customers leverage observability for their infrastructure and services architecture, leverage AI infrastructure like LLMs, ML to build innovative capabilities for our customers, design experiences and systems for contextualizing large amounts of telemetry data, help shape the architecture of a rapidly scaling platform, collaborate with deeply technical teammates and customers, improve our own system observability, improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of distributed systems, mentor engineers and help maintain our engineering standards.
