Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead services programs and projects, including handling deployment resources and ensuring deliverables are met on-time and under budget. The role will drive customer deployment programs and projects, including program and process initiatives, and partner with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.

What You Will Do

Determine project partners and team structure, define project scope and requirements, develop project timelines and landmarks, build and execute project work plans, and identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities and tasks.
