Role Overview

We are a textile company looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Citees store in Cologne. The role involves advising and accompanying customers, handling inquiries, and managing sales transactions. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience and a good level of English.

What You Will Do

Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process, handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout, support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
