Job Description
Executive Assistant to the CEO position supporting the CEO of Panorama, a platform for social change, in managing complex scheduling, preparing for meetings, and handling confidential information.
Requirements
- 5-7 years supporting senior executives (C-level preferred)
- Highly proactive and organized; thinks multiple steps ahead
- Confident managing up and providing structure to a fast-moving executive
