Production Supervisor

Role Overview

PaperWorks is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily mill operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. In this role, you’ll coordinate crews, manage shift performance, and help drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Lead daily production activities to meet operating targets, assign crews and review schedules, ensure shift performance meets KPI expectations, and maintain high standards of product quality and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/practical experience
• Minimum 2 years of paper mill operations experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
