Client Services Project Lawyer

Role Overview

Support a global legal industry client as a Client Services Project Lawyer, completing tasks accurately and on time, handling consumer-facing discussions, and serving as an escalation point for issues.

What You Will Do

Respond to complex inquiries, adhere to standard protocols, work in a collaborative environment, create and update scripting and procedures, and assist in resolving issues.

• Flexible and customer service focused

• Ability to handle changing or competing priorities to support business needs
• Excellent computer skills, exceptional planning and organizational skills, critical thinking and a keen attention to detail
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
