Process Engineer – Motion Systems

Paradromics is seeking a Process Engineer - Motion Systems to own and advance critical in-house manufacturing processes driven by G-code, Automation1, and Python. The role will focus on improving yield, reliability, and throughput through process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Own and optimize motion-controlled manufacturing processes, including EDM and laser systems
• Develop, troubleshoot, and improve G-code programs and motion system performance
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase yield, reliability, and cycle time
• Investigate and disposition non-conformances using structured root cause methodologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to automate manual processes using motion systems
• Support equipment qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) where applicable
• Write and maintain Python scripts for process automation, data analysis, and system integration
