Job Description
Parafin is seeking a Partner Engineer (Post-sales) to act as a technical point of contact for platform partners. This role involves driving partner integrations, delivering technical account management, and resolving partner issues. The successful candidate will contribute to scaling the technical post-sales function and influencing Parafin’s product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles (software integration, technical partner support, technical account management)
- Strong engineering background with at least 2 programming languages
- Proficiency with integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and partner-focused approach
- Familiarity with Parafin's codebase (React, Scala, Python)
- Experience creating working demos and production applications
