Job Description
We are looking for a Product and Partner Marketing Lead to accelerate adoption of Parafin's embedded financing products across our partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or a related role
- Strong strategic judgment, cross-functional influence, and hands-on execution
- Proven ability to launch products or features with external platforms
- Strong communicator who can translate insights, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with funnel and campaign performance data to identify opportunities
- Demonstrated success driving adoption or revenue growth in a B2B2C or partner-driven environment
